Inland Traveling Fellowship - Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicant must be a active member of ISSH for atleast 3 years.
  2. Should have attended atleast one ISSHCON at the time of application.
  3. The application with the applicant's CV should reach the Secretary General by email by 15th August or 30 days prior to the annual GBM, whichever is earlier.
  4. At the time of application, the applicant should have chosen the centre that he/she wishes to visit and a tentative concurrence been obtained from the concerned department.
  5. Once the selection is done, the successful applicants will be issued a letter of selection which he/she can use to obtain written confirmation from the department to be visited.
  6. The successful applicant must write to ISSH about the plan of fellowship
    • Centre to be visited.
    • Guide.
    • Proposed dates of fellowship (spanning 3 weeks prior to undertaking travel).
  7. Upon completion of the fellowship the Fellow is expected to write a 200 words summary of his/her experience with one photo 4" x 6" (300 dpi - JPG file) and send it to ISSH office by email.
  8. The Fellow is expected to make presentation about his fellowship experience during the annual conference of ISSH immediately following the fellowship completion.
  9. The presentation should be in digital projection not lasting more than 5 minutes.
  10. The applicant must be present & registered for ISSHCON at the time of announcement of the fellowship .
  11. The applicant must be present in person & registered for the ISSHCON to receive the cheque of fellowship amount.
