Rules and regulations
Full Indian members of ISSH of 2 years standing and within 7 years of qualification are eligible to
apply.
Application should include
- Recent passport sized photo.
- ISSH membership number for qualifications and eligibility.
- An essay of 500 words describing why he or she wants to travel and what skill set will be added by
this fellowship.
- A full CV with qualifications, experience, and publications.
- A letter of acceptance for a minimum period of 4-6 weeks by the host centre abroad (either hard copy
or official email).
- A committee comprising of President, Hon. Secretary (both Ex Officio) and three senior members of
the ISSH with academic standing will decide on the applications for the selection of candidate and
whose decision will be final.
- Marks will be given to a mix of experience, publications, and most importantly, the essay that shows
the intent and whether the skill set sought to be acquired is suitable for India.
- The awardee must submit a fellowship report and give a brief presentation in the ISSHCON after his
or her fellowship program.
- The award will be presented in the inaugural ceremony of ISSHCON.
- 50% of the fellowship amount will be given upfront and 50% will be given immediately after
submission of the report
